These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sweep: Phone Cleaner app ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Sweep helps you free up storage on your iPhone by finding duplicate and similar photos, compressing videos, merging duplicate contacts, and removing past calendar events. All processing runs entirely on your device. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

2. Your Data and Backups

The App can delete photos, videos, contacts, and calendar events at your request. Deleted photos and videos are moved to the iOS "Recently Deleted" album and can be recovered for 30 days. Even so, you are responsible for keeping your own backups. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the App's cleaning features. Always review what will be deleted before confirming.

3. Pricing

The App is currently free to use. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. If paid features are introduced in the future, these terms will be updated and any cost will be made clear before you are charged.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
